Many factors can influence the autonomy of a battery, but as a general rule of thumb, with a load of a medium weight, not asking 100% of the power of the winch, the 2.5 Ah battery will last for about 20 minutes, which translates into pulling on a distance of 760 feet in 3rd speed.
